About Reservation

Which method of booking offers the most reasonable rate?
Booking through our official web site is reccommended.
Can we stay with our child (children)?
Yes, of course.
Can we stay as a group?
Yes, of course. The meals will be served at our banquet hall.
Can we stay with our pet(s)?
We are afraid, but you may not. We don’t accept the guests with pet(s).
We will be staying in your hotel for a celebration. Can you prepare something for a surprise?
We can prepare a cake (with a extra cost). Please contact us for more information.
How many days in advance will the cancellation fee be charged
3 days before your check-in date: 20%, 1 day before your check-in date; 20%, On your check-in day: 50%, No show: 100%
If the booking person and the guest(s) are different, such as in the case of an invitation, how can I settle the accommodation fee?
In that case, the accommodation fees can be settled by making a deposit into our designated bank account before the check-in date. Please consult with us regarding this arrangement at the time of booking.

What is the latest time to make a reservation?
It’s the day before the check-in date.
Is there any reservation fee charged?
No, there isn’t.
What types of reservation methods do you privde?

Is it possible to stay without a reservation on the day of our arrival?
It depends on the situation. Please confirm with us by making a phone call. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I change the reservation?
It depends on the availabilty of your requested check-in date . Please contact us for the confirmation.
Can I stay alone?
Yes, you can.
What is the maximum occupancy of guests to stay in a room?
The maximum occupancy depends on the room type, but in general, it is limited to 5 adults.
We are unable to arrive by the dinner time. Do you offer a plan only with breakfast or without meals?
Yes, we do, but it depends on the day. Please choose a plan that best fits your schedule or preferences.
Can you tell me the child rate?
Child rate A (from 10-12 years old, the same dinner as the adult’s): 70% of the adult’s rate
Child rate B (from 6-9 years old, child menu for dinner): 50% of the adult’s rate
Child rate C (from 0-5 years old, no meals, only bedding): 30% of the adult’s rate
Child rate C (from 0-5 years old, no meals & no bedding): Free up to 5 years old (A facility usage fee of ¥2,200 will be charged for children aged 6 and older.)
Will the cancellation fee be charged in case of natural disasters or public transportation trouble?
No cancellation fee will be charged in case of the cancellation of airplane or Shinkansen from the place of your departure, or the highways are closed.
Can we rent out the hotel?

Can you send me a brochure of the hotel?
Yes. Please send us a message from the contact form.
Do you offer reservation assistance in languages other than Japanese? If so, in which languages is assistance available?
We are afraid, but we have assistance only in Japanese at the moment.

About Fees

Will the service fee be charged?
No. It’s already included in the accommodation fee.
Will the bathing tax be charged?
Our baths are not sourced from a hot spring; therefore, no bathing tax will be charged.
Do I need to pay tips?
No, you don’t.

What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 3:00PM, Check-out: 10:00AM
Do you have baggage storage service before check-in and after check-in?
Yes, we do.
Can I check-in before 3:00PM?
We are afraid, but you can’t. The guest rooms are available from 3:00PM. (It may vary depending on the accommodation plan).
Is it possible to extend the check-out time?
Please kindly ask at the front desk during the check-in.
Do you have delivery service?
Yes, we do have the service at the shop.
When should I pay the accommodation fees?
You can pay during the check-out.
Can I use credit cards?
Yes. We accept the following credit cards: VISA / JCB / American Express / Diner's Club / UC / DC / NICOS / Master Card / UnionPay
Can we send our baggage before our arrival?
Yes, you can. Please send your baggage to the following address with your check-in date and the name of the booking person.

I left my belonging in the room. Could you please keep it for me?
Of course. However, the storage limit is 3 months. Also, if your belonging is valuable, it will be informed and kept at the police station.
Can I use the facility before checking-in?
Yes. You can wait for your check-in time at the lobby or the lounge.
Is it possible to request a taxi?
Yes, of course.
Is it possible to delay the dinner time if we arrive late?
The final serving time for dinner is at 7:30 PM. Please make sure to arrive by this time.

About Guest Rooms, Amenities and Facilities

How many guest rooms are available in your hotel?
We have 50 guest rooms available in total.
Can we see Lake Towada from the room?
All of our rooms is located on the lake side.
Is there any smoking room?
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Is it possible to choose a specific room?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose a specific room.
What types of guest rooms do you have?
We have Japanese Style Rooms in the main building (Japanese mattress), and Western Style Rooms in the annex building.
Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Yes. There is a small empty refrigerator.
Is the Wi-Fi available?
Yes. The Wi-Fi is free and entirely accessible in the hotel.
Are the bath and the toilet of the Standard Twin Room in the annex building separated?
This guest room’s bathroom is not a separated type.
Does the toilet of the rooms have a washer function? Is it a western type?
The toilet of all the rooms is a western type toilet with a washer function.
Do you have dryers?
Yes, we do in the guest rooms and the large bathhouse.
Do you have a hair iron?
No, we are afraid, but we don’t.
Is there an electrical kettle and a microwave oven in the guest room?
An electric kettle is provided in the guest room, but not a microwave oven.
Do you have a humidifier?
No, we do not have it installed in the guest rooms; however, we offer a lending service (please note that the number of available items is limited).
Is the hotel access open 24 hours?
We close the front door at 10:00 PM. If you need to go out or return after this time, please consult with us.
Where can I leave my valuables?
You can use the safe installed in the guest room.
Is the cell phone access available in the hotel?
Yes, cell phone access is available in the hotel. However, please be aware that there are some areas where the signal may be weak.
Do you have wheelchairs available for lending?
The available number is limited, but we do.
What kinds of amenities do you provide in the guest room?
We provide teeth brush, face towel, bath towel, body towel and tabi.
Are there vending machines for beverages and cigarettes?
There are vending machines for beverages, but not for cigarettes.
Is there a souvenir shop in the hotel?
Yes. It is located on the lobby floor.
Do you provide Yukata and slippers?
Yes. We provide them in the guest rooms.
Do you provide ice for guests?
Yes, we do provide ice, but with an extra charge.

About the Meals

Can I choose the dinner time?
No, unfortunately, you may not choose the dinner time. We will announce the dinner schedule during your check-in. Please note that we do not offer a reservation service.
Where is the place to have meals?
It’s the restaurant in the annex building (or the banquet hall).
Do you have a service for lunch?
No, unfortunately, we don’t.
I have food allergies. Can you change the meal menu?
Please inform us of any food allergies at least 5 days before your check-in date. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs in the menu. However, please review the following information in advance.

  • We will confirm the ingredients based on the information provided by the producers.
  • However, please note that there is a possibility of some cross-contamination in the meals due to all of them being cooked in the same kitchen. This possibility also applies to the dishwasher.

Due to the reasons mentioned above, our substitute menu cannot guarantee the complete elimination of allergen substances. In consideration of the safety of guests with severe allergies, we reserve the right to refuse the meal services.
If you agree with the previously provided information, please make a final decision on your own regarding the substitute menu for allergies.

For guests staying multiple days, we offer a different meal menu throughout their stay.
Do you have a room service menu?
There is no room service. Please understand in advance.
Do you provide options for vegetarian and vegan menus?
No, unfortunately we don’t. However, we can make arrangements as much as possible so as the food allergies.

About the Bath

What are the operating hours of the public baths?
3:00PM-11:00PM, 5:00AM-9:00AM
Do you provide body soap, shampoo, and conditioner?
Yes, we do.

About Facilities

Can we bring in food and drinks?
You can bring them into your room, but not to the restaurant.
Are there vending machines in the hotel?
Yes, we have vending machines in the hotel. They offer a selection of sodas, beers, Shouchu High-Balls, and ice creams.

Wheelchair users can navigate within the hotel, with some exceptions in certain areas.

What kind of emergency preparedness measures does your hotel have in case of earthquakes and heavy snow?
We have emergency food and water provisions available for guests in case of emergencies.

About Sightseeing and Facilities Nearby

Are there convenience stores and gas stations near the hotel?
A convenience store is located approximately 30 minutes away by car, while a gas station is located about 15 minutes away by car.
Are there any nearby sightseeing attractions?
Yes, nearby attractions include the Statue of Maidens, Towada Shrine, and Oirase Stream.
Are there any places to eat or stores nearby?
There are no restaurants or souvenir shops in the vicinity of the hotel. There is a restaurant and a souvenir store in the central area of Towadako, but please note that there are no stores open until night.
Is there a hospital located near the hotel.
Yes. There is Oyu Rehabilitation Hot Spring Hospital located approximately 30 minutes away from the hotel.

About the Access and Parking

Where is the nearest bus stop to the hotel?
It’s JR Bus Towadako Station (Yasumiya), and we offer a shuttle bus service to the hotel.
Can I charge an electric vehicle?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a charger for electric vehicles.
Is there a parking space for wheelchairs?
With your information given in advance, we will prepare a space.
Where is the nearest highway IC from the hotel?
Kosaka IC (approximately 40 mins away) and Towada IC (approximately 50 mins.)
Can I go by bike?
Of course. We provide a parking area with roof for the guests that come by bike.
